Individual Psychotherapy $155
*I offer sliding scale for veterans/active military/first responders if opting out of insurance
Individual services are conducted virtually and include an initial intake assessment and subsequent sessions.
Plans accepted: Aetna, Optum/UHC, and Cigna insurance plans.
For those who choose self pay, we can provide a super bill that you may submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. We accept ACH and all major debit and credit cards for payment.
Oregon clients: We are accepting Aetna, BCBS Regence, Cigna & private pay at this time.
We use Alma to verify insurance and co-insurance.
